When it comes to fiber optic based vehicles, this stuff can get squirrely as there are numerous things that can go wrong, not all of which are related to the Dension unit itself. Sometimes it is installation error, poor programming by a tech, or a wire in the wrong place.

Everyone who buys from us knows the above, so feel free to email me anytime.

So I've done steps 1-3, now it's time for #4 I guess. pm or email me the info Eric. Not unhappy with you or BP, just the glitchy system.

Thanks everyone for your honest oppinions. In the end I ordered the IceLink and I will let everyone know how the install goes and what issues I encounter. Will snap some pictures of the install as well to give everyone a sense of how it looks.

Best sound and Security in Flushing. But very easy to install. If you want to do it yourself.

anyone have any tutorials on installing these interfaces, or atleast on how to take apart the dash and remove the existing radio so you can install them?

Preston...for the Dension install there is little removal involved with the head unit. The Dension box installs in front trunk area, cable routes through firewall near glove box, clip in glove box holds ipod....etc.

Since the last upgrades I have had no issues with the Dension. It is a great unit.

The instructions all say remove the head unit, however I have no idea how to do that. I may just have someone install them for me, since I have a Passport SRX Laser/Radar detector/jammer coming. And they are a pain to install.
