im getting the HRE C21's in brushed silver with polished lips and was thinking of paiting the center black to match my new red turbo so what do you guys think ? paint the canter black or just leave it brushed silver?

When you say brushed silver, I think you mean brushed aluminum, which means the wheels are currently not painted at all (probably clear coated though). I think a cool unique idea for a guards red TT would be to paint the whole wheel silver, the spokes and especially the lip. A guy from Italy painted his stock wheels silver and they look really good. Window tint would really finish it off nicely.
