Wheel Opinion Needed

I recently placed an order for a new turbo which is going to be white and have gone back and forth on wheel picks. I want to have all my mods ready to go when it arrives in April/May, which their is a laundry list of. I just want to have the car done the day i pick it up. Anyways i saw this pick of this white turbo here on the forum with these gold center 3 piece jobs by DPE. This is the style of wheel i want to go with and have been bouncing back and forth between a titanium colored center or black. I know that the dark centers are the in thing right now but i really thought this threw some color on the car. I know that some of you might think it looks a little rice but consider some of the wings we now put on our cars, 3 to 5 years ago you would only see these things on a track car or some kids honda civic. It also looks a little early eighties but just like clothing things always come back around again, well except polyester suits! This one also has a Techart kit on it which that or the Speedart kit is also in the list so my car would almost be a carbon copy of this one. So lets hear your opinions, thanks.

On a white car I think gold wheels look great. I have to say though, I'm a sucker for white wheels on a white car...

I dont care for the gold too much, it does look too ricer for me. White on white i think is the way to go, or black wheels with a white lip.

Huge fan of the white with gold wheels. Either way, gold wheels, black wheels, its still going to look good in the future. Generally when something goes out of style or just looks stupid in the future is when its over the top.

Those Gold wheels look gigantic, maybe 21-22's?? It also appears to be a photoshop job as I dont think that car could even drive like that.

Anyway, Yes, I think the gold on white does look good. Any of the HRE's done that way would look sharp.

The gold wheels look great but that ride height will NEVER fly. Even at stock ride height I have trouble getting out of my driveway!

Thanks for the comments. I think i'm going to probobly go with the gold. It is a little flashy but i think it is a different departure from the current fad of dark colored rims, it just gives the white some flash without being to over the top. Thanks again, and you guys will be the first to see it once its complete. Unfortunatly that wont be until next May when the car comes in. I guess i'll have to dream till then.

MAY???????????

absolutely no way in hell are you getting these wheels, assuming you stick around here for the next 6 months. TRUST ME, you will change your mind at least 20 more times

but of course thats all part of the fun in waiting.
