Jags,Mike has a 996 GT3 RS tail on an adjustable modified 996 Turbo decklid. He ran only once I believe and it was somewhere in the mid elevens with a 136 or 137 trap. Don't let those numbers fool you though, we did some roll on's on the way there and he SMOKED me 4 or 5 times. I drove a car that they did just like Mike's (3.8 GT 750 AWD) and it was definately the fastest car I had ever had the opportunity to drive. The 3.8 is leaps and bounds above a regular 3.6 700 car IMO.

Also have you ever driver a gt850 or gt800 - would love to know the comparison btw Mikes and the gt800

How's the SR340
Noticed you have the SR340 SunDancer. We are thinking of moving up from our SR260. Do you post on SR site? Would like to know how you like the 340 and what you do on maintance. Don't want to tie up to much of the BW here though, so maybe a PM.

There was a benefit car show for Alex Ahmad, a Supra driver who was killed when a bank robber hit him head on while fleeing from police here in Phoenix a couple of weeks ago. There were about 100 cars there and it was a pretty sad sight as this gentleman was a big enthusiast like all of us and this happened so quickly. He had many friends in the local car community. RIP
