I do believe the Teachart SSK is a B&M. I have the B&M in mine an I love. I'd recommend it to everyone.

I installed the B&M in my 997S just like you did and I can tell you it makes a huge difference over stock. The throws are shorter than the SSK Porsche has (as a factory option). It feels very precise and direct. I have the SSK as an option on my TT and it too is precise but not quite as short on throws as the B&M (both are highly reccomended).
