Lightness at the front at high speed?
You should check the Alignment, and tire pressure. I have had the 997TT up to 187, and it felt pretty stable all the way there. however at those high speeds it will begin to get a little light. However at 100 you should be fine. If you feel like you need added suction or downforce, I recommend that you get front and rear diffusers (I like the ones from WERKS).
Must be an alignment/tire pressure issue. It took 3 alignments before I was satisfied with my car. Had all sorts of "floaty" issues at speed around sweepers etc. I still do but nowhere near as bad (car is still stock). Now on the straights it was rock solid at 150mph. 100mph is barely crusing speed on this car. Have it looked at. When my car was not aligned properly I also felt crosswinds affecting the car more. Now its much better. Alignment is critical in these high performance AWD cars (along with proper tire pressures).

I am routinely at 150-165mph on the straights of my local track, and with the correct toe front and rear the car feels like I am doing 40mph. There are no steering issues. Another thing to check is your wheel balance as well. Make sure they get done on a higher end machine.
Right on the money, alignment issue, almost 99% it is!
The problem is resolved. We had strong gusty winds in Qatar for a little over a week. Now that the winds have died down, the car is solid as a rock. I am still somewhat surprised as to how much the car's stability is affected by around 40mph sidewinds.
