Yes, you can either get the CF with a matte or shiny clearcoat finish. I got the shiny clearcoat finish because that looks the most like the OEM CF pieces from Porsche. They however as far as I know do not offer the CF trim pieces in different colors. But you can definitely get them in any color leather you want. When I visited Techart last year they had this:

Yes, the cocoa matches perfectly. The stitching also is a perfect match if you have deviated stitching.

I just got the TA steering wheel with CF, Mutli Function. Love it! Not cheap and takes a while for delivery but one of my favorite Mods.

I think I paid $2650 for the wheel w/CF. Took about 4 weeks for delivery. Pretty st$$p but as others have said, very personal. I love it every time I get in the car. Night and day from stock. I dont know if you can get it w/o the logo though. I got mine from CEC. Hope this helps.
