HPF = Horsepower freaks . That car looks like an M3 but if you did to yours what he did to his then it's a match.

However, it costs far less to get 800rwhp to an M3 vs. 800rwhp to a 911. If money weren't a factor, I'd drive the porsche baby

Quote: Well when I was looking into getting another M3 and doing this kit, stg 2 at that time was what stg 3 is now, my fault!
Hey, no worries! I just got the quote from them a couple weeks ago for Stage 2, but now I am considering upgrading to the 996tt. What a dilemma I am in now!

I really like what HPF is doing for the M3. Amazing stuff and top notch customer service. All their customers absolutely love them.

Of course, this race was not a fair one. It doesn't prove much at all. Any car with 200hp more than the other is likely gonna be one-sided!

M3 will be more fun, but in a scary/work to keep the car in line type way LOL... 996TT in comparison can be very bland if not setup right, BUT 996TT for the most part at even 700-800 hp you will be able to extract every bit of performance, the M3 will require lots of trial and error and building it up around that power, it just wasn't meant for it, ad this is from my experiences at like 520-550 hp!

The youtube video of that car I saw awhile back and it does look fast but very hard to control .

Look placing a rocket on a skateboard might be fast too . My opinion is that safety before speed.

Any 800whp RWD car will be hard to control. This is nothing compared to streetable 1,400whp+ Vipers that run 7's in the 1/4 mile.

I'm just wandering if its possible to do this with SMG? I know that AA 500hp superchargers work well with SMG, but this is a whole other level of power

Hey wait a minute, I thought you sold your Turbo and got something else? Am I missing something here?

They have kits compatible with SMG. The only Stage III other than HPF's car is SMG. Is a Porsche with 800 to the wheels just as difficult to control or are they better?

Your m3 is pretty fast too! That proto was something else though (it sounds crazy). It's amazing how much horsepower the m3 can handle. Do you still have your car?

Really not a walk at all. The Gt660 just doesn't have the lag off part throttle like the HPF car did. Time the throttle right on the HPF car or add anti-lag and I bet it stays right next to the GT660

i dunno maybe not walked, but the 2nd and 3rd run the 996TT pulled a damn good amount, at least 3-4 cars in the last pull.

the hpf m3 SHOULD stay right there, its putting out still prob at least 100 more hp and isnt AWD.

I have my m3 but its parted out now. The thing is, that race happened literally 5 min after my car started to run. It wasn't broken in or anything. I still have to clear adaption codes which made my car alot faster and that 996 was on race fuel i was on 93. Will my car running at its prime and with race fuel the 996 still would have beat me no doubt but it wouldn't be as bad as that vid.
