Thanks, the reason why I ask is because I want to do my exhaust and ECU. I was a little skeptical when they told me they use someone else for the ECU instead of GIAC. Here is the company they work with on the ECU. Have any of you heard these guys?

Shoreline isn't a GIAC dealer (GIAC does rock of course. )

Shoreline looks to put together some hot cars though.

Why would you go WHEEL installer to get performance modifications???
Doesnt make much sense to me.
Shoreline does have a very clean looking shop.
But they are known for wheels...NOT performance mods.

Thats like going to a dry cleaners to get your $5000 Armani Fine Italian Suit tailored.
Ya sure, they can do it, but WHY would you take it there?

I would seek out the most qualified, and the most up to date shop in my respective area to work on my FINE GERMAN AUTOMOBILE.

You want the following:

-An "authorized" GIAC dealer
-A performance shop that has the latest PORSCHE diagnostic and tuning equipment (PWIS)
-A shop that has FACTORY trained mechanics
-A shop that has an excellent track record.

www.gmgracing.com

I believe they are the LARGEST GIAC dealer.

Shoreline is the only place I would trust my car with for one simple reason. They are honest and will tell you the truth. Customer service is number one. Can't say much for the other place mentioned. (gmg)

Actually AWE or EvoMS are probably the largest I'd imagine.

PS--nice pun with "track" record.

I was referring to GMG as the largest GIAC dealer.

FYI, they do A LOT more then just wheels. They are also great with suspension, cosmetic work, bolt on mods, etc
