In conjunction with the Long Beach Grand Prix - and the end of Champ Car racing - a few of us got together and did a nice run through Orange County California. This was a really cool and fun event. I am very glad I attended. I met some great people and saw some great cars. Driving with these guys on the road is a real thrill! Stopping behind 3 LP640s at a red light and hearing them all rev up at the same time is like being in the paddock at an F1 race - total exhiliaration. The looks on other drivers and bystander's faces when we came roaring by was absolutely priceless. At the end of the run, we all ate lunch together and got to know each other. It was a great time.

I can't take the credit though. These were all taken by my 13-year old son. He puts his old man to shame at the photog game. I can still take him at one-on-one basketball though - but not for long.
