This is my current setup . I've never dyno tested it but the difference from stock is HUGE. More than just the HP is the different midrange pull. In fact I think the plenum helped too .

I'll guess it to be near the 600 mark . If its 570 or 605 who knows ?

I'm not staying at this level .I/m getting the EVOMS 700.

Horsepower numbers can be tricky. You have to remember that you lose about 20% on an all-wheel drive car from the crank to the wheel. How do you want to measure your hp? Porsche measures the 997TT from the crank at 480 hp. But the car actually puts down about 390 hp at the wheel. IMHO, measuring at the wheel is more accurate than at the crank and gives you a better idea of what a car is actually capable of. A Dyno will confirm this.

I am currently getting a setup with a new exhaust, dynamic ECU, underdrive pulley and plenum. We are shooting for a 50-70 hp gain and a 75-85 tq gain. I think these are realistic and acheivable numbers. Don't expect too much or you might be disappointed. Better to be pleasantly suprised.

I have heard mixed reviews on Tubi for adding power. You can't deny the exhaust note, but the power numbers are up and down. I have also heard conflicting reports on how much the plenum helps. But once you see the difference between the stock plemum and an IPD unit, you can see why the change is a good one. The Werks intake actually adds no power, but will help you lighten things up a bit and looks great.

But like yrralis1 said, it is about more than hp. A good dynamic ECU flash can give you a lot more responsiveness through a higher range of gears. This can feel like adding 25 hp! A baseline Dyno will let you know where the car needs the help and a good shop can zero in with the computer and really fine tune things.

Good luck to you.

I'm not really looking into getting more HP just yet, but I'm definitely considering the plenum, on a stock car it doesn't give you more max HP and TQ but it does give you a considerable improvement to both in the 3,000-4,000 range which would be perfect.

Plus, since my car has had a few issues already Im a bit worried, and this mod seems like one that will cause the least problems as its not bringing up horsepower or torque, just delivering it better in a specific RPM range.

Interesting. Which plenum have you chosen?
