I have to agree with those above that this was not smart to do on public roads and with your life in his hands. Glad you experienced the thrill of these cars and are here to tell us about it. I drove that fast in Germany on the autobahn for a stretch of nearly 30 miles (all on video too) and know the "high" you get driving these cars that fast - they are unbelievable and just grip the road. Do it on the track or in Europe next time!

175 mph is not that special for us chermans .
thx to our mighty car lobby and thx to chancellor angela merkel to protect that loophole called AUTOBAHN for us speed freaks.
may i ask u if ur uncle`s 997TT owns a tiptronic or a manual gear box and is the engine stock or has he made some upgrades?

You might have the only Lapis Blue 997TT, assuming of course you are ~the~ uncle mentioned above.

Its manual and the engine is stock.
