Its incredible

Drove it on Tuesday, and taking it home sunday. the car is a superior product but we all already know that. thats why we own them. The dealer however is another matter, I am tired of being treated like a second class citizen. especially after writing a check for $144,000. just cant get over their crap. I think that might fade away with more time in the car. Pics to follow soon.

Congrats...we need pics!

+1 on the dealership. My car was $148K...I was treated poorly by both the dealership and it's service department.

Congratulations! Sorry about your dealer, that sucks. My dealer was great. I wrote my check for $158k and they gave me a really nice Porsche indoor car cover as a gift (around a $500 value I think), $1000 off the price, AND they put me on a commercial which plays here in Washington for the next year! Someone in a store recognized me today - she said "HEY, you are the girl in the Barrier Porsche commercial!. The service department treats me like royalty - like my personal pit crew when I pull in. It is great and so nice to leave my car in good hands that I trust.

Regardless, ENJOY your new TT -that is the best part. You will smile every time you drive it.

Yes, you are probably correct, but hopefully most customers of our local dealership have as good of experience as I do. As I say, you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours

Wow Greta that is what I would expect, hope it continues. My wife and I got very used to it from Lexus and assumed it would get better as the price went up...NOPE. HOWEVER, this car is unbelievable!!! You all know it already, and Im starting to feel much better. Paint color is stunning, wife has camera 'til thurs will have pics ASAP. HRE's about 4 weeks out, escort radar jammer (illegal I am told) is installed and XM radio.

Same wonderful treatment from my dealership - Sewickley Porsche near Pittsburgh. No commercial though. Freebies were only clear marker lights, but much larger discount.

Congrats and drive in great health. ( Sorry Duffy - I had to copy you but I changed up the good to great ) I had to one up ya...HAHA

My dealership has been nothing but great to me. My sales guy is the best that I have dealt with in a while and the GM and the Service all top notch.

Sorry that you are not having the same level of service/customer service as some of us. Tell them you are not expecting them to bow down to you when you come in but you do expect the level of service to at least meet or beat Lexus. Do they feel they are better? and if so then why not prove it?

Enjoy it and drive it around to erase the experience with the dealership

No lead on the nuts, but yes you are correct it is a laser jammer. Drove 125 miles today and there is nothing like it. I see why everyone is comparing everything to the 997. Vette,GTR,Viper,430,Lambo, ECT... there is NO comparison drove many but am thrilled with my decision. NO I'm not a nerd but I am reading the owners manual from cover to cover. Recommends driving the car everyday at least 15 miles, and provides a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty, very impressed so far. Been a long time since I drove anything competitively, carts, bikes, ect... this car is in a class by itself, need a lot of windshield time and some instruction also.

Well, another great experience from my dealership today. Took my car in for a new windshield and they had it done early. When I went to pick it up, they asked if insurance was covering and I said yes and gave them the claim number. They said no worries, we will take care of everything and sent me on my way! They didn't even collect my deductible! They made it effortless for me - I would not go anywhere else! Everyone needs to find a dealer like this - it makes all the difference in the world.
