GT2 not making bad of that 100 hp deficit to the ZR-1, of course I think the ZR-1 had some serious traction issues.

Wonder how big that drag race gap woulda been without LC on the GT-R. The media continues to advertise it like you can actually use it.

LC in a manual car is pretty much useless.

i beg to differ. it works pretty darn good in my GT2. good enough to go 0 - 60 in 3.6 seconds.

So true, HC. I could beat Usain Bolts in the 100 meters if they gave me a 70 yard lead, or a 7 second head start (At least I hope so), but whose gonna let me do that? Oh, for a publicity stunt they just might!

Maybe it did, but there isnt a exclusion of using it by Porsche. LC is a great feature, but not when you advertise it through the mags, then make it useless for owners by telling them NOT to drive the car under those controls.

***I couldn't have said it better, 100 HP down from the ZR1 and 82 down from the Ferrari and still only 30-50 ft behind both is impressive.

I will give it up to chevy though, they built a good looking car and a beast. When will Ford step up, the GT40 was nice but not the quality or performance they thought it would have, maybe they need to mass produce the night rider car...
