Introduction: AMT Tech1 Forged Monoblock Wheels
is this a brand new company? the prices don't seem that much less to hre's. i would think with a new company with no experience making wheels the prices would be less. but, what do i know.
They supply many USA defense-oriented suppliers with wheels for military and aerospace applications. These are mission-critical projects like bomb disposal vehicles, armored vehicles and the like.
In addition, the company is the exclusive forged wheel supplier to Roush. Internationally, they supply Brabus, Gemballa, Kahn, Winchester, Overfinch and along list of the world's top tuners on a private-label basis.
This is their first AMT branded product and it is substantially less expensive than HRE and most of its competitors. The value proposition is underscored by the fact their product is comparable in weight to a carbon fiber wheel at half the price and with NONE of the problems.
And yes, I do work for AMT.
ok you have sold me. i am willing to put my brand new 09 turbo up for testing and will showcase the car with your wheels all around So Cal and Vegas. this type of advertising is almost priceless. LOL.
AMT has been a forged wheel manufacturer for more than a decade.

The lightest Tech1 is the 110. Depending on the offset and finish it has a nominal weight of 16.7 lbs.
The "best looking" question is up to you. That is the wonderful thing about this industry. There is always something new!
The HRE C series will be availible in 20s soon as well...but your wheels are very very nice and light...and price is OK as well...
If I am going to buy wheels soon will probably get them...unless I find something better )))

Thanks for the kind words. The product is available and in stock.
The wheels have been thoroughly tested using both FEA and third party STL programs. They are suitable for track use.
However, AMT Forged Alloy wheels used for motorsports are not covered by the one year road hazard warranty.

I actually had a chance to see/hold the AMT product this past week. OMG is all I can say about the weight, I was amazed. They have truly captured the purpose of a one piece forged wheel, which is weight reduction. I would suggest anyone that is looking to reduce weight for track use, or just because, and up size their diameters, try a set of these AMT's. Plus wheel experts are placing their stamp on it, so almost a no brainer.
No I deff do not work for AMT
