Seeking advice on purchasing 997TT Cab

Gentlemen, I am seeking some price guidance on a 2008 997 TT Cab.
It is a CPO with less than 2k miles. Manual, Sport Chrono, Adaptive seat, axle lock. Orig. MSRP is 144k.

What price should I shoot for? Dealer asking 129k.

I am in Los Angeles. Thanks in advance.

115K would be aggressive but with economy downturn...maybe.

There was another post on here the other day with thte same question.
I used to be GM at Porsche Audi dealer...There is 12% Mark up and 3% hold back on any 2008 or older Porsche. That means he net net cost on your 911 would be $122,400 and that would be what a desperate dealer could sell a BRAND NEW one for with out loosing a dime or pushing the value of your trade. Avg trade in on that car is in the $110-115k range...there is plenty of room in that price. Dont care if your in OC, DC or Florida...they aint selling so good...Good luck!!
