I already have Evo headers, BRV's, cargraphic exhaust, IPD plenum. I hope that lag is gone for good.

 

Did you notice any acoustical difference with the BRV's?

 

No intercoolers mod?You can still tell them to do 620 tune.I had 620 before with stock intercoolers for a while.No problem at all...

 

They went in at delivery, so I had no baseline.

Great choice in going with the EVOMSit. You will love the results. The lag on my car is still there, but to a lesser degree. The real prize is when the boost does come on. It comes on REALLY strong. Congrats!

Hey JZRS4... I'll be looking for it and with the 93 tune you're going to be having some fun:P!

 

I am assuming the reworked VTG turbos will work better. Even then I don't think the lag will completely go away. Maybe some of the sponsors on the board could jump in here.

 

Your going to get lag with turbos of this size no matter what, cant say it bothers me at all now, the powerband is plenty usable once flashed. I driven plenty of big turbo'd Evos where lag is much more of an issue though.

 

JZRS4 already has a Cargraphic exhaust/EVO headers etc... so along with much reduced back pressure and improved flow with the ECU he's going get a nice wallop in power!
