Stupid Question(sorry)
Just took it to the dealer and I have 2 bent rims. They want to replace the 2 rims and tires and something in the steering that Porsche says should be replaced when you run over something like I did.The cost will be 4000 to 5000 dollars but I am trying to run it thru my insurance minus my 400 deductible...
You could get four new wheels and buy some really nice ones .

Depending what the standalone cost is of the steering part/labor, those prices do seem exorbitant. I agree that looking at a new set of (lighter) wheels seems worth doing.
