Since the delivery of our 997TT back in July of 2006, we have been on a never ending pursuit to create the ultimate 997TT. Along our journey, we have created some of the most sought after upgrade components and Performance Systems all of which helped shape the EVT700. Since its release, we have built 46 of these 700+ HP cars throughout the world and this car marks number 47. Our dedication to real product development, engineering, testing and relentless pushing of the performance envelope is what separates an Evolution MotorSports EVT700 from the rest.

This 2009 997TT has just over 600 miles and was just delivered from the Porsche dealership. The miles on the clock are from the drive to EVOMS from New Mexico, where the owner lives. During its short stay at EVOMS, we will be installing the following:

Complete EVOMS EVT700 Performance System
EVOMS/SRE Clutch Kit
IPD Plenum w/ 83MM Throttle Valve



The car arrived today at Noon and will be on the dyno tomorrow afternoon for tuning. Final tuning and street testing will be on Saturday. Sunday the customer will enjoy the car and Monday we will install the suspension and align the car.

I'm very happy w/ your tune, BRV, and Milltek exhaust. Car runs great and the power is addicting but still feels slower than my other two cars so I guess the EVT700 package might be the next step for me. I do have one BIG question though... Will the bigger turbos add noticeably more lag? If not, why not?

Update. **** I was in a meeting this am and the car is almost done. John B and Joe K have been jammin on the install. It is now 11 am and Joe has the clutch out and new one installed, VTG turbos, EVOMS headers and complete 70mm exhaust are all installed. John is in the process of installing the EVOMS Clubsport Intercoolers while Joe in getting the transmission installed. Here are some more pictures:

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you are enjoying your car. The EVT700 is a great upgrade and has a well proven track record of unmatched performance and reliability. The larger VTG turbos will not have any increased lag and by upgrading your TCU will also help get the more TQ to the ground. Take care

 

Alex, u the man. You always have EVT700 cars in the shop Lets get that tiptronic TCU upgraded. It will make that already hard hitting 700 HP tip car hit even harder

More progress. Transmission is installed, intercoolers are on, IPD plenum is in and ECU is being removed for the tuning. Car will be on the dyno shortly.
