Don't be so sure about the cell... If you drive too often at lower rpms, the 2nd O2 sensors won't get warm enough, and without the heat concentration created by the cats it will trigger the engine light. To get back to normal, a top speed run or some hard driving is enough for the O2 sensors give correct values to the ecu and clear the light.
