here you go. here are the ranges:
range 1 --- 6800 rpm - 7000 rpm
range 2 --- 7000 rpm - 7200 rpm
range 3 --- 7200 rpm - 7400 rpm
range 4 --- 7400 rpm - 7900 rpm
range 5 --- 7900 rpm - 9000 rpm
range 6 --- 9000 rpm -- as high as you can rev it before it blows up

Sorry for digging up such a old thread, but what is the max range that a tiptronic can achieve?
Is there any max value of hours for range 1? I guess that this value will be high for any tiptronic car with TCU upgrade and rev raised to 7000 rpm.
