Hunting down one strange noise....

Not a vibration, and really not much of an annoyance....yet.

You know that sound when you have a zipped briefcase, and the zipper bounces around a bit....or if your coat zipper is rattling just a bit?

I hear that coming from behind my left shoulder while driving, and there is nothing in the door pocket, nothing in the floorboard, nothing loose behind the seat, etc.

Checked a variety of things thus far, but nothing obvious.

Anyone had this sound before?

I also have an "almost" annoying sound that is reminescint of say....the seat belt tongue vibrating off of something, but after isolating them etc...it is still there???? Gonna have to put the wife in the back seat to try and locate the source area. Good Luck with yours!

kcturbo is infamous around these parts
Eric, if it is with the top down, check the most forward little "flap" that covers the top. I have had some noise from them on both sides.

Top up/closed.
No zippers, no coat.
No loose change.
Nothing loose under driver's seat.
Nothing in door pocket.
Nothing noticeable when I bang lightly on interior quarter panel.
No loose hardware (seat hook, windstop insert, seat lift mechanism, etc).

Nada.
