They didn't ask & i didn't tell,as far as mods ,i've been to this dealer before but not since any mods.Couple of warranty issues a coolant leak up by the radiator which was already replaced in March under warranty & outside temp gauge gone wild sometimes reading 150 degree's.Clearly they will see my exhaust ,headers ,y-pipe , plenum & the fact that it's lowered they said they will run a scan to check for any fault codes so not sure about the proto flash.

you should be A ok with that 'to do' list for the dealer. They would be hard pressed to fault the mods.

I had the outside temp gauge gone wild too. Temp reading seemed to go higher the faster I drove. Turned out it a piece of the bracket that holds the sensor in place snapped off so the sensor was too close to the front radiator. My shop (non dealer) made a simple repair, and it's working fine again.

If you dropped it off in the afternoon and they didn't call you by the end of the day after starting it up --that's a pretty good start .

You should be ok. I wouldn't worry too much.

Picked up my car today from Walters Porsche with no problem & no charge ,ended up being a bad radiator hose & outside temp sensor replacement ,they even tightened & adjusted my aftermarket exhaust tips for no chargeThey said they ran a scan on it & took it for a test drive.

I have Fabspeed headers, sport cats, mufflers and exhaust tips as well as intake. I have taken my car in for routine service at the dealer as well as a warranty item. The only comment I heard from the dealer was "it sounds good." You should be okay.

either way, they have to prove the aftermarket parts are the cause of any problems your car has....you will be fine
