Does anybody know what is the weight of this hood vs stock one? And is it CF? Any other lightweight options?

You know...I've never seen one on a 997 only a 996 turbo
I always wondered why

it differs too much on 996's (around 30-35 lbs I guess) stock vs cf hood, i figured it would be around the same on 997's, not sure though.

any other lightweightning opinions other than hood? I already got gt2 seats, lighter wheels, lighter exhaust and lighter brakes & rotors.

Probably not worth it for the weight savings, but if you're getting it for aesthetics that's a different story.

 

He had one on the RS too.
