good to see the Evoms crew yesterday and guys I got a chance to sample the tuned 997.2tt last night. The last time I sampled her was in January after she got picked up. You guys with the 997.2 tt are in for a treat. The two months of work, development and testing really do show as well. I think the tuning side (well done as usual) is one thing but driving her daily and living with the car really adds the final 10% of the equation that is so often missed. She's fast out of the box but now with an additional 75hp or so she just rips from 30-100. That's the most impressive power curve I've felt in a tt car. So linnear... She pulls repeatedly and consistently and does so in a smooth manner that's quite uncanny. If that car doesn't trap 130mph then I'll eat shark fin soup.

Here are a few photos from today. Alex and I took a drive up to SFO to pick up (elow's) 997TT EVT700 car. We then took a drive over the golden gate to meet up with Ralph (Snowboarder54) and the guys at Sonnen Porsche. Drove the car now 220 miles and and it feels like it is a bit more snappy than when I first drove it. Thank you!. We also ran a 183.3 MPH yesterday. We found out some very interesting information about this new car and ECU runing it at the mile. We are very pleased with the results and will be making some final tests next week.

Attached is some of the driftbox data that we collected at the Texas Mile. Though we are very pleased with the results, there is another 50-60 more HP to be produced with this setup. We were keeping things very conservative as we continue to test the limits of the transmission and engine.
