Yes just like them to make it so similar on the outside yet completely different on the inside. The exhaust and headers look wayyy different. Are the intercoolers different too?

Our dyno is fine. There is plenty of load. Actually, with less load, it makes less power. Dyno tests are not the "tell all" in terms of how a car will perform. They are a good tool for tuning and reference which may not always translate into how the car will perform in the tests that you list. Furthermore, there are many factors that cannot be simulated in the dyno cell that can affect performance. Bottom line, we will be testing the times as well and will report back when they are completed.

On a final note, this 100% stock 997.2 is WAY faster than the 997.1 TT 0-100 MPH. I have not tested it yet 200-300 KM so I do not know how it compares to the sport auto test. I will report more when I have all of the testing complete.

Yes sir! The intercoolers are different. Funny thing about them is the end tank design look alot like the ones on our ClubSport intercoolers. Hummmm

Yes indeed. We are finishing up the fabrication as we speak. Video will be rolling tomorrow from inside and outside the car

Yes, this is odd. I will be taking the car to Texas for the 1 mile event next month and will be testing it from 0-300 KM. I will be able to see more about the time that it takes with a few mods.

I assume that it must since when you hit the Sport button the exhaust sound at idle seems to get a bit throatier.

By the way, in addition to tuning for more power, don't forget to sharpen up the PDK response PLEASE!!

More updates will be posted tomorrow from the track. We have in car video setup as well as some other cool video systems to get some action footage of the car. I have the Fikse wheels / R888 tires on. Still have stock suspension so it should be interesting.

At Firebird Main Track Today with the "KOP KAR"

We have the new car at the track today testing our software upgrade and seeing what this new car is made of. The first session was a bust because a car spun and hit the wall. More updates later. Here are some pictures from yesterdays exhaust bypass installation, dyno tests and pictures from the track this morning. What do you think of the new look?

I have never owned a black car before so this is what came to mind first. We were suppose to do the roof white with the big black numbers but we ran out of time.
