I appreciate all of the great feedback.

This I can say:
1) Low mileage, <5000 mile cars w/cpo and good options seem to be 90 - 98K , this verified by my local dealer today after a lengthy discussion.
2) Auction numbers for higher mileage (15 - 25K) cars are still primarly in the low to mid 80's. This is not what I am looking to purchase.

At the end of the day, I am not one to look for the "cheapest" price...we all know what you get for the cheapest, don't we!
I do not mind paying fair/top dollar for the right car or at least I have not minded on my past purchases.

What I do find interesting though is selling a top price car in a category. I have a perfect CPO RS w/3K miles and the majority of offers have been low ballers. I would honestly hate to be a dealer and have to put up with this crap on a day to day basis. As my dealer put it, "Even selling Porsches isn't fun any more"!

I am glad to see the 07 and 08 TT prices holding steady. About 6 months ago these cars were getting way too cheap. Its funny but since the 997.2 turbo has arrived the 997.1 turbo has gone up in value or at least stabilized, I thought values would drop even more.
