Being new to Porsches, I pinged TPC since I'm in the DC area with questions about some beginner mods. Got some great answers over the phone and an invitation to come visit. Stopped by today and Tom gave me the tour and spoke with Mike too. Great bunch of guys that seem to really know their stuff and gave me a very fair quote. I'm mulling it over, but I appreciate their time and can say to people who haven't visited, it looks like a very high quality operation run by people who know their business and love Porsches.
An 81whp gain is pretty incredible no matter how you slice it!

Well, I haven't driven the car except from TPC back to work (20 miles), but here are a couple initial impressions.
- The power is noticably greater. As you can see from the torque curves, this is the sort of usable power I was looking for and is far more important to me than peak power. Having said that, 514 rwhp is pretty impressive, and depending on how you figure drivetrain loss, that's something like 580-605 crank hp.
- The suspension is definitely firmer, but not harsh. I only got to take a couple on ramps, but the attitude of the car is very flat and there is no pitching or body sway on accelleration or braking. Turn in seemed noticably sharper and although I wasn't interested in lowering, the car definitely sits lower and looks more aggressive.
- My limited interaction with the TPC crew reveal them to be consumate professionals. The car was washed when I picked it up, they took me back to work after the drop off, and were very responsive to questions and emails. I asked a variety of questions regarding additional mods, and got what I thought was objective, credible and honest advise that kept me from spending a couple extra $$ with TPC, but added to their credibility with me. They also advised changing a couple things I hadn't thought of (gear box and differential oil) and even put on my clear marker lights w/out charging me.
- all this great customer service and attention was on top of the fact that I got the blizzard discount. When I asked if I could buy a TPC Racing T-shirt, they gave me a couple.
This is what I was looking for, a quality shop whose advice I can trust and who I can deal with on a regular basis.
Thanks Mike, Tom and TPC. See you soon.

A few more days of driving and all I can say is the mods have transformed the car. It is a serious monster and the 85hp difference is very noticable, even with a stock exhaust, the car sounds much more aggressive above 3500rpm. I was planning on getting an exhaust instead of the ECU flash, they talked me out of it and were right.
The suspension is really good and the car handles superbly, much more confidence inspiring. Anyone looking for GT2+ power and likely the best handling in a AWD set up for the street should really consider the set up TPC put in my car, stage III Bilstein damptronics with custom valving/spring rates, sway bars, links.
