Hi and Thanks!

The mesh comes in stainless aluminum or black (no painting). Appears to be powder coating or something as it looks durable and smooth? Can't say for sure. I have seen people indicating you can get materials at hardware/home stores...Lowe's, Home Depot, etc...I got mine on eBay and it is very reasonable. Comes in various sizes and patterns (just be careful not to get a restrictive pattern)....I used 12" X 48" sheets and needed two with plenty to spare...But one was just a little hard to get the 5 pieces cut out of it...I put a link below to what I bought on eBay...You can go to his store for other styles etc.. Usually ships fast and you get them in 2-4 days...Good luck!

Donnie

NJR911 is infamous around these parts
This is great but even better if you would cut the pieces to size and sell as a kit. I smell a start up business. Thanks for the write up. When I got my car I asked about these grills and no one sold them, which I could not believe based on all the useless things that are made for our cars.

I think RSS sells them under the cargraphic brand, but this is definitely a DIY type of thing if your somewhat handy

Changed DIY from a website that I hosted to this PDF as it will be easier to search, save, and/or print!

I had to split it and save as part 1 and part 2 due to 6speed size limits being so low.

If I did it correctly the pdf's should be below.

Enjoy!

I'm not sure I would ever try this myself but you did a great job of providing a reference for those who want to give it a go. Reps to you.

Thanks Buddy...It is not as hard as it may seem. Glad it is helpful. Always a little unnerving when I start tearing the beast apart, because we all know if something breaks it AIN'T cheap. But it was fun, and hopefully will keep small children and birds from getting stuck in my radiators

Thanks.....Winter helps, but is counter acted by a 3 YO boy, 12 YO girl, and 15 YO girl.... Thankfully, my wife knows I enjoy playing with the cars and helps me out!...And thankfully a heater in the garage, or I would pass....When it gets that cold, everything you touch or pull on breaks.....So on a 10 degree day, I can get my 1100 Sq. Ft. garage to about 65 degrees, which feels nice when you are working.....Then my wife comes home with the kids and opens one of the doors
