0-200 in approx 8secs and 0-300 in around 17 secs = more than 750hp me thinks

It is very fast. The power level depends on the weight of the car. 750 flywheel hp is reasonable if the car has weight reduction (say 300-350lbs lighter). If the car is full weight then 750whp is more likely, imo.

The funny ****in thing is that the owner is a member overhere and he never post

So is it Sonic Performance build or RS tuning LOL!,,You will never ever know

Euro members ( some of them ) /tuners/builds ALWAYS sound fishy and never share info and they keep asking U.S members/tuners tech Q's or help and they got what they want to know.
