handdoc is infamous around these parts
just look underneath, i believe you need a torx bit and have to remove one of the plastic covers to get to it

A short length Torx screw driver to remove two screws (one at each end of the lip). There are no covers to deal with. After removing the screws just pull on the lip starting at one end and it will come right off. I tried pulling from the center and THAT won't work. Look at your new lip and you'll see the connecting tabs that press into holes on the bottom of the bumper. Once you start removing the old lip it should almost come off like a zipper. No drama!

T-30 Torx bit is the correct size.

Never done the job myself but my panel/paint guy who fittted my techart lip said the bar was basically a full stripdown....headlights out, bar off, plastic grille inserts both off etc etc... to get the clips on and off. It may be way simpler for the stock lip though. Good luck as they both attach the same way on the bar .

Wow! Headlights out, grille inserts off. It's a wonder your panel/paint guy didn't charge you for headlight fluid.

Stock is very simple. In fact if I know I'll be driving over rough roads or where I'll probably scrape I'll take the painted lip off and put the old stock one back on.

Oh well so much for BS. I seem to always get it in spades when its pay up time. It seems the bigger the bill the bigger the BS story. Anyways nice to know its no big deal to fit one. cheers..
