What makes the 997 Turbo system a little more expensive then some of the alternatives is the valving. The system comes with an "ECU" that's used to program the opening and closing of the exhaust valves. So let's say you want it to open at 3000rpm's, or at 50% throttle, or you want to manually open/close the valves....it's all programmable. Install is a little more involved then your average 997TT system. Plan a couple extra hours to wire and program the valve controller.
thanks i hope so ! after reading the ecu control manual , the ecu monitors back pressure constantly and opens/close based on the back pressure programmed , cruise, sport

some more pics, it weighs 45 pounds, not sure why the tail pipes are not flushed to the pipes?

Yep agree those tailpipes look a worry.....and theyre the only bit you see too.

Be very keen to hear the washup on whether it delivers in stock mode with no drone and an acceptable sound. The only real concern is all valve systems so far have had their fair share of reliabilty problems.
Have there been any reliable user reviews on this one?

Post the results as soon as....thanks

ya took the flanges and the tail pipe apart, it seems like as soon as you tighten the screw, it lifts off on the other side, so i slightly bend the flange and fit ok, there is still a slight gap, not as bad it was before in the pic, the vlaves are used on the other cars so this is not some thing new. will start the install procedure soon

talk to the dealer about the gap ,its there for purpose as the tail pipes are aluminum and the gap sucks in the cold air to cool the tips down, because i told him i was afraid its going to melt my bumper and he said that is normal part of the design, it makes sense now.

I am not sure if i was unlucky, but my left side was slightly off, higher then the right. (this you cannot adjust) after talking with the us distributor (taurino racing) which were very helpful, they talked with capristo in germany with me as i was explaining the problem, and they decided that they are going to send me a new one from Germany directly . so lets see. they also said that if this does not fit then they are willing to fly out a technician from capristo germany to my house.
