I have everything lined up, just waiting for the system. I just have to figure out where i can get 12 volts from the engine bay for the exhaust ecu. any ideas? in the mean time i am installing gt2 motor mounts since i have everything apart. will keep you posted

I would be happy they are willing to make it right and back it up with a tech. coming to do a install to make sure it is right. This is not the first story I've heard of big dollar exhaust not having good fitment or failing. Good luck let us know how it turns out.

Love to help out on that one but havent had to plum anything electrical in to date. I imagine you will need to connect up to a wire which has the same fuse rating as your exhaust ecu. No point connecting it up to any wire that uses a higher amperage fuse. Capristo has obviously installed before so given all the grief they have left you with i'd put it on them big time to give you the full instruction details for the ecu placement and exactly which wire to tap in to.
They really should have supplied you all this stuff to begin with. Chasing up for new nuts studs and gaskets should not need to happen on any exhaust system least of all an expensive one. Thats where Europipe also shines. They give you absolutely everything you need for the job.

Sounds like the vendor screwed up and accidentally sent you the Crapisto. Good luck.

Thats the sad reality i'm afraid.

After paying the high $ asked you'd think the manufacturers would at least provide the basics to do the job. But to open the box up and find nothing least of all any instructions is an absolute p1ss take and a terrible lack of proffessionalism. How many products can you recall buying in your life that have come without any instructions? This level of oversight really doesnt instil confidence that the product will be any good (after all the effort required to fit it). I recall when i did the tubi and opened the box. I thought to myself whats the story here?...this is rediculous!!
Why all of these manufacturers are so tight assed in supplying a couple of tiny gaskets and a few nuts and studs is astonishing especially given the money you pay. And, you'd think they'd at least advise you with a small note or card to get them before pulling your damn car apart. But nothing!!!

I second Speed's reply. I did a full supercharger on my Lotus Elise, you should have seen the documentation provided by Blackwatch racing and Sector 111. We're talking 35 pages, pictures, diagrams, templates, etc.

All in all, it was easier to install the S/C than it has been to get this exhaust on. And it's true, it’s the lack of documentation.
