Nat Geo has been running that series for months. Let's see they have done: Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo, Camaro, UPS, Catapiller, Peterbilt, and a couple of others that I can't recall now. Really interesting series for the most part. The P, F, & L shows were my favorites.

NG Ferrari segment was interesting especially during the sand mold process used in making the engine.

Here is similar coverage of a Ferrari build, but in print form from Motor Trend. Virtual Tour: Building a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti: http://www.motortrend.com/womt/112_0...er/index1.html

The Ferrari and Lambo ones were really good. They did Bugatti and Audi but I missed those.

I just saw a show on how the Veyron was built but I don't think it was for Ultimate Factory. This showed all the things that had to be overcome in building the car along with all the special steps and devices used during the build. Really fascinating show and makes EVERY other automaker look like early days of mass assembly.

An absolute must see!

Great Show. I still have the Porsche episode from October '09 on my DVR. Probably watched it 3 or 4 times.
