Cab Wind Noise

I am looking at a 2008 Turbo Cab at Porsche dealer. Drove the car yesterday and was surprised at the amount of wind noise that seemed to be coming from the side window area (back behind my head). This was noticeable on both sides and could be heard by my wife as well. Noise loudest at 40-60 mph. Salesman went out and for drive with me and heard it as well- said he didnt think it was normal. Going to have service dept look at it on mon.

Do other cab owners notice lots of wind noise with the top up. I understand there is going to be some more noise when compared with coupe but this seemed excessive. If you did have it, was there a fix and what was it?

Thanks. This is the only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger on this car.

Yeah, I was actually surprised how quiet the car was with the top up. Very well insulated.

Yeah, i agree with most above in saying that my top is very silent considering it's not made of steel. Best convertible in the business.
