I,think your comment is pointless did you even read this Thread? Two Shops posting back & forth is pointless. If I was a Tuner and someone called me out then we are Racing that will prove who is the Real Deal!

 

Ill pretend I didn't even read this. Big shot with 5k. Lol Do you own the 997 in the video?? Do you own proto tech?? Then I have no interest in you or your Internet offer. Bring 1k to the dyno and ill lay 2-1 odds the car doesn't make 1275whp even if he runs it at 4 bar. I've actually built cars that hold together at 4bar too.

 

Racing is pointless because only one of the two shops has proven to be the "Real Deal" when it comes to racing. So much so, racing will honestly be just a waste of time.

I see that your from FL, but im forced to presume that you dont know much about our "Racing" scene. Keith's car (Proto tech 997) is a serious machine that has done really well on the street, but it is not in the same league as Mike and his 2 evos that dominated for years. Proto tech may produce some awesome cars, but its safe to say that NO Porsche 997 they build is going to be anywhere near competitive. So unless Proto tech can beat the 997 1/4 Mile mph record by 8mph, they should stick with trying to take Mikes easy money.

 

Someone who is out on the streets and has been around for years who knows for once.. Appreciate the props.. I know Keith is building a 4.3L Porsche now.. It should be pretty fast no doubt.. Street racing for starters is so hard to do with the way the cops have cracked down that i wouldn't honestly entertain the offer anyway.. Also, a street race has 1000s of variables and the #1 variable is driver.. Chris green put such a whooping on Keith Taub with less HP so it proved nothing as far as what HP the car made.. Im pretty sure you saw my 780whp Evo that ran 8.98 walk the **** out of chancletas 1000+whp Charged Nitrous z06.. That proved nothing in terms of HP goes.. When my car weighs less and my car hooked dead on 30psi on a brake boost..

Anyway im not going to ramble on.. I spoke with Stew@proto today via facebook and let him know ill be calling over next week to arrange the dyno date and time..

 

Two Shops who Both are Porsche Tuners should Run in my Opinion. If one Tuner calls OUT another like I said before Back in the Old Day's there was NO Fourms just Race or Run. Why would Proto Race a Evo why not Porsche on Porsche they are both P-Tuners.That's like me saying why don't you Run your 700hp ISF against Proto's (997) since you are in the "Racing" Scene. I, lived in WPB since 86 NEVER heard of AWD and Yes I have known about Proto since the 90's. This is my last post on this matter now it's Really getting Pointless!!! I, also want to Apologize to Big Al for Post-Jacking Sorry.

Ok the phone call was made to arrange the dyno.. EXACTLY as i expected NOTHING was arranged and here are the PLAIN FACTS NO BS..

The 6speed car in the video claimed to make 1275whp on 1.6 bar is not available for dynoing.. The owner is in trinidad hes not here and it cannot be done. he has " NO ETA "

David the owner of prototech stated he was "confused" and thought we were talking about the tiptronic car the whole time that has no trans in it right now, doesnt make 1275@1.6bar, doesnt have an incar video from 45-160.. I dont know where my typing went wrong but OK..

David however changed this to him wanting to race me around a race circuit.. He doesnt drag race so thats not an option. Im not the best road racer I have always drag raced til this last year or so.. ill just hand you the win on that david. You are probably a better circuit driver than an I.. I dont make false claims of being the fastest road racer and driving faster than everyone.. I run around Sebring for fun on the weekends thats all..

Prototech has never built a car to run 9.99 or faster than 10.2 even so i would bet its safe to say USP Motorsports has built the fastest watercooled Porsche that has been timed at a track from around here.

So ill leave off with this.. If and when this ghost porsche owner arrives back in the USA my offer stands.. 1275whp @ 1.6 bar of boost and ill pay the 1000.00 cash money. Any other deals are not on the table.. I dont care what the tiptronic car i NEVER said was slow makes for HP.. Which as a matter of fact he claims he did dyno that one on a dynojet but wont post the sheet or the HP it made.. Its TOP SECRET..

I dont care what Keith Taubs 4.2 or 4.3L car makes for HP when its done.. All i cared to say was that slow pile 997tt in the video does not make 1275whp @1.6bar and he cannot prove me wrong until he dynos it.. David danced around the dyno subject as if he was on European Idol and back peddled faster than lance armstrong can pedal forward.. Nothing i didnt expect from someone who cannot back up their claims.. I have NEVER had to do this is 5 years.. I built cars ( not porsches ) that made XXX Hp and sent them to the track to run 8's and 9s and back up the HP claims.. Everyone has their own business model. I Guess prototech will stick to what has worked for them for the last 20 years.. Dynoing with no sheet to show, No track times, and Youtube racing on low boost on pump gas because the car was TOO FAST to drive on that HP on the street.

HAHA.. I missed this post.. Those were the good ole Days.. I thought i was going to lose honestly but i dont back down from races even if nelson tried to buy his way out at 1500.00.. He gave me the break and i never saw him after that.. LOL When i cross the bridge on Beeline that has more VHT on it then the track it still brings back memories..

 

Just like all the other tuner challenge threads. What a waste of our times. Common guys.
