Water/Meth is used to run lower grade gas in substitute of a higher octane fuel. Basically you could have 93 oct fuel and run a 109 file with it to control det. The higher grade fuel should always be used instead of the water/meth when possible. Water/meth would gain in HP since you can run more boost yet not as much as the higher octane fuel since water is not combustible. The timing would be the same as it would be a 109 file either run with Meth or the 109. The gains would be even less when 91 oct is used with water/meth to run a 109 file since the det has to be compensated even more for.
