@car-I think you missed a great deal. Fingers crossed for you. That car was sweet. right price for low mile 2009. But there will be many more. Call mike goff at winner Porsche. He is great. And it's in your backyard.

Cool

I agree with this one... these things work wonders! I actually have one (Airsource 3000 Air Purifier - $750 Retail) that I would be happy to lend you for a few days if you're in the DC Metro area.

I'm only on page 1 of this 3 page thread though... maybe you've already made up your mind.

I mentioned it because I was skeptical, but my Cayenne Turbo was a used vehicle purchased from a smoker. I did a full interior detail, ozoned first, then shampoo vac'ed the entire car and headliner, then ozoned again. My car has no odor.

Not sure if the OP will have the same experience, but for me, it worked well...(plus I bought my Cayenne without seeing it - only found out about smoke after I purchased it on eBay.)

That was one heck of a good price - great deal for the buyer if they are a smoker or not bothered by the smell....

Sounded like a great. Have fun in the hunt. I also have been looking now for about 4 months. I figure when the right one comes up I'll be a proud owner. Go with your gut.

If it's a good enough deal, maybe you should consider picking up the smoking habit?
Then you'll never notice it.

I wonder if it really is a coincidence that the dealer received multiple calls, after you posted this thread for an opinion...
