Yalmutawa, You can stay with Sachs to avoid headaches and have a stock-like feel pedal.
Organic facings disc Part number from Sachs: 881864 999973
Pressure Plate: 883082 999764
If you drag race heavily, you might want to go with something different, otherwise, this will work great for you.

... i think i'll drag the car with the new clutch
and with the power i have , triple carbon clutch will be the best option to serve my needs
but will the fly wheel i've on my car now work with the carbonetic triple clutch ?
i have a new clutch with an aluminum flywheel it will hold your power and save your money

Carbonetic recommend to use a 1350KG pressure plate this would ensure that you can hold the power as well as being able to support enthusiastic driving/racing. the pedal feel will be slightly heavier than stock but once its broken in the clutch pedal will feel near OEM in terms of pedal effort.
I personally think the triple plate is an over-kill. The engagement is hard, in fact u will develop good calves in a matter of days
..
Usually triple plates best for applications 1200+ hp.
So u might want to think twice before considering ur right clutch baring in mind u DD ur car ...
My say, go double if availble ..
