997.2tt...

...am considering. 2010 TT MSRP $156.6K Has $23.8K of options on it. Many many options some I would never have put on like center wheel lock but nothing crazy though. 1000 miles and obviously pristine condition, asking price $140K. With the collective experience of the forum members what are your thoughts? Have owned several 911 but yet to have a TT. Thanks in advance for any and all input!! Appreciated.

PDK? Color?

Sounds like a great car. I've seen a couple similarly equipped cars go for $135k or so.

Show room condition. Black with tan leather interior. MT which I like too. Looked around and found prices for near the same car from $130-135. This is from my local dealer who looks out for me. They sold this car last year to a person that is in and out of cars yearly. Trying to come up with a realistic price. I reminded the dealer that he told me that the options on the car don't mean much when they take them back and doesn't count per his words-first hand experience with them on this. Ouch!!

well if you look at like this..dealers now are taking 20k off of remaining 2010
911's in stock..so that puts this at 136..
last buyer probably got the standard 3-5% off msrp

I would kinda think 130 plus tax etc..

Without PDK I would think the low end of that 130-135k range. The 2010's are holding value really well, I think they will be worth quite a bit more than 08's and 09's in a few years.

For reference there is a 2011 TT with 180 miles on it for sale at Boardwalk Lamborghini Dallas and they are asking $141k.

Thanks to all for the great input. Everyone has been a great deal of help especially finding the 2011 TT in Dallas with 189 miles for the same basic price he is asking. Probably going to offer $130K and see what happens. Will keep you informed.

according to total 911, something like 80% of 2010 TT's are PDK. i think this is what could make the 2010 manual tranny cars hold some value.

problem with the heavy discount on new is trying to find what you want on a lot.
