Question for the guys who have ordered your car (paint related)...

So Im on the Porsche configure page and it shows "custom colors" with little question marks. Can I choose to have my ordered car painted any color I want or will it be any color that Porsche has offered up until current date? Id like to order a Turbo S in one of the colors below (sorry I do not know the names). For the record, when I click on the question mark boxes for custom colors, it says "due to security reasons" that page cannot be accessed.

Would this be possible or are there other colors to choose from? Thanks for any help.

Don't depend on the configurator - better to ask your dealer. Paint to order can accomodate most Porsche colors.

Good to know. Colors can sometimes be deceiving in pictures. Did you get to see it in the sun or was it overcast or in the showroom?

I have seen it both inside and out, to me its a bright lime green.
it was in the showroom yesterday and the lights take away some of the brightness.

What I learned is you can have whatever you want as long as you pay for it. My option list for stitching was more than my first 2 cars cost me!

You can even paint to sample. Mine was white but my brother got GT silver metallic for like a 3k up charge.

Wow. The ONLY reason Im wanting to order is because Id like a color that isnt of the "norm" (still to be decided). If I end up changing my mind on ordering, I will try to find a car that is already in inventory or that is already in the process of being built that has been canceled by the original customer.

If anyone else has any good color opinions, please feel free to post them! Im open to just about anything. Anything other than a rainbow!
