I Fell Like an Idiot
After reading the PDK Launch Control thread, I turned off the PSM for the first time in 14 months! Behold, another new way to drive the car.

Faster with smoother application of power but also have to hold onto the wheel a bit more on bumpy or twisty roads.

Was wondering why somethimes at stop lights other cars would almost keep up, not that they could pass.

Conclusion - when in doubt turn it off!
