Oem Turbo wing vents
Can someone with a black turbo post of a picture of their turbo vents so I can see if the inside is painted matte black or if it is the same color as the car? Thank you.

Not sure I understand the question.
Are you referring to part #11 in this schematic?

LOL. I think we're talking about completely different things...I think. If you can clarify what part you're referring to, I can try to help you out.
I've attached a picture. I bought my C2S with the wiing already on. So inside of the vents looks pretty crappy to me. I was trying to see if it was the same color as the car or if it was matte black inside there. You threw me off when you said matte black plastic. Is that a paint color choice?

The reason that your slats look speckled is because either wax, polish, or both have gotten in there. It happened on my turbo...it's an easy fix.
You need to use a microfiber towel and a presoak the area with an appropriate car washing detergent. Using something like a yard stick or other appropriate extension, push the microfiber towel between the slats and wipe all that crap off.
To prevent it from happening again, use blue painter's tape and mask off the area before detailing.

You sure Bob,
, to me it looks like it is an aftermarket part that is made of fiberglass and the inside part that the OP is referring to is just exposed fiberglass. Just my humble opinion.
looks like it could be either wax or fiberglass...but bottom line is it looks nothing like mine! I might get the occasional water spot on it but wipes clean...I typically blow it with air to keep it spotless now.
I didn't realize Porsche used fiberglass in body components?
