2012 997 Turbo S gets Shark-Werked over with HRE, Tubi, RSS and TechArt
This white on black 2012 997 Turbo S came into us for our stage II performance kit, including the EVOMSit software and Tubi Exhaust. Also on the menu was a full suspension overhaul including the Bilstein Coilovers and full RSS Tarmac line of upgrades. A TechArt Noselift was retro-fitted to assist with steep inclines/driveways. Finally an even lighter set of HRE Centerlock P40 wheels were added.
In she comes with her rather "tucked-in" factory offset spec wheels and 4x4 ride height:

The factory exhaust before removal:

Off with the bumper and heat shields:

On goes the lighter and more aggressive-sounding Tubi exhaust system. The lower back-pressure aids with a quicker turbo spool:

And from underneath:

Off with the wheels and here's the factory suspension in front:

Factory control arms before being replaced:

On go the rear RSS lower control arms and dog bones:

And in go the rear Bilstein Damptronic coilovers as well as the RSS Toe-steer upgrade:

Completely over-hauled rear end!

A few of the "soft" take-off factory arms/links:

The factory side skirts are removed:

997GT2 factory side skirts which are painted to match are then installed:

Meanwhile, the EVOMSit tuning is installed via the OBDII port and tuned for 91 octane:

19-inch HRE CL40 Monoblok wheels in satin black are added into the equation. Each corner is now 3.5-4 pounds lighter than the factory wheel. More importantly the offset is considerably more aggressive now and the wheels no longer "tucked-in"- even with the new lowered ride height (approx 1.5 inches lower).

And now officially "Shark-Werked":

Thanks Lon... as always that new offset is dead on
Even with us lowering the car she came out perfect to the fender vs the factory one and it's "tucked in" look

Cdeers!
Hah... not a bad way to go I agree
The PDK can only take so much tho
Danke!
Cheers very much! A few more little things to come but otherwise done
