Kw911tt- I was worried as well, and asked the guys that powder coated my wheels. They said that it's not entirely true if it's done properly. They work with a Northern Calif Porsche dealership and have done a number of their cars. They told me that they do not use high temperatures that might damage the wheels. The seemed legit and were referred to me by the dealership, and that was good for me.

Great looking Turbo S, like the yellow S, matches with the PCCB perfectly. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,
I agree! This color is great for me, as I use this car as my DD.

This car is made to be driven and it's hard to get the most out of it in NYC. I want to enjoy it no point of saving it for the next guy

The wheels in your side shots look different than the closeup in your first post. It looks like they have a polished lip in the side shots.
Are they the same wheels in the first and last photos?
I like the polished lip.

Skyking- I do not have a polished lip on my car. It was powder coated with a satin finish -metallic black material.

I called the dealership yesterday to get you the information, and my sales guy told me they stopped working with those guys due to an issue they had with my car. I had no idea until yesterday that this had happened. ....There was an issue with what was quoted at first $1200, and after they had started the work they had increased the total to almost double. The dealership ate the cost.
I guess for this reason they are not dealing with them anymore. They said they could maybe recommend someone in the Bay area if interested. Let me know if you want me to get the info. for you.
