There has to be a dyno in the greater seattle area. Search for an AWD dyno.

You can find the vendor's estimates on their websites:
Softronic takes base bhp from 480 bhp to 615
Fabspeed + 26 bhp
Filter - zero

Yes, but nearly every tuner uses WHP to back calculate crank HP. I would take 615 with a grain of salt.

480 to 615 on chip alone sounds a bit high. I am guessing with your modifications you total power to be somewhere in the 570-580 range.

Lots of salt - I was just using the vendor's numbers.

made2trade is infamous around these parts
Does it really make a big difference in HP-gain among ECU tuners? Evoms, Protomotive, GIAC, Softronic etc.?

There are differences in hp for the different ECU tuners, so that should not be deciding factor in my opinion. The power/torque curve is what the decision should be made on.

I have an EP2 and TPC tune with TPC headers. 524 at rear wheels. So, close to 610 crank. But, they tuned the car on the dyno. Lots of mix and match combinations would, I assume, make far less.

Softronic uses a True engine dyno so as a mod the grain of salt is not applicable. This fig was with 93 oct and 300ft ABSL and an exhaust.

Best regards,
Scott Slauson

Respectfully Scott, my experience with several ECU flash/exhaust tunes (including Softronic) that state varying HP gains on the 997TT reflect 60-130 times and trap speeds that are quite similar, octane rating not withstanding. Unless some tuners have Clydesdales and others have Shetlands, I remain skeptical about reported gains from any tuner.

However, I stand corrected regarding Softronic's use of a chassis dyno.

None the less, I am very happy with Softronic flash, The ease and being able to go back to stock if needed. It was like driving a new car once I flashed it.
