Ok, I'm not going to defend all the crazy S2K drivers. but I thought I saw him waving?

 

It happens to me very often. and like you said with people with cars that dont stand a chance , do i go for it ? Absolutely not , i figure people with porsches lambos,and ferraris
we know how fast our cars is and we respect our cars, we don't have to play those childish games ,we take our cars to the track. Much safer.

 

People/drivers don't even notice my 997 here in SoCal (Orange County), at least that is my experience.

 

Take my car out for little ride tonight and on my way home a couple guys in a nissan sentra? try to bait me into racing. I don't give in and apparently they didn't like that so they followed me for 15 minutes through my neighborhood. Kept taking different roads as to not lead them to my house. Never know people's intentions. Never been followed like that before.

 

Wow!! That's terrible! You should tried to get their license plate number, or next time, drive to the police station! That'll scare them!

 

Or call 911 and say some drunk is following you.

 

I have had this happen twice. My GT3RS catches people's attention. I am very aware of my surroundings and who is following and you are smart to wonder what their intentions are. When I'm being followed it has been so people can take photos of the RS or ask me questions about it. so when I notice I pull in to a public parking lot to let them ask questions or take photos. But you never know and I think it is wise to be cautious. If I see someone follow me through my neighborhood I will not go to my house. You just never know and being cautious and alert is a smart thing. All Our Porsches are are very high profile to most people. And while most people are excited to see them and photograph and talk about them, the reality is there are some who may not have good intentions.
