Not sure if I can pull the trigger though. I like the design of the OEM Turbo wheels but I'm thinking they might look even better in matte black on a white car.

It's relatively cheap but I haven't seen photos of the OEM wheels changed to black on a white 997. Has anyone seen this and maybe have photos of what it looks like?

 

please research this further...powder coating some alloys is not a good idea due to the temperatures involved...better to paint and be safe

Look for a different design or keep them stock and shiney!

I track the car so I wonder if that would hold up to the heat.

 

They need high heat to bond so track temperatures shouldn't be an issue. I have power coated wheels for years and it's super tough. My lips are gloss black and they still look perfect.
