First, congrats - great looking and appointed Turbo!
Second, since you owned a GT3; could you compare it to the 997.2TT?
Third, how was the E90 M3 as a driver?

Indeed, the turbo was just too tempting. Almost went 991S but couldn't justify the price new.

I detest the 997.2 stock sound - about 2 weeks away from fixing that.
The C2S is great! Thanks! I haven't been driving it lately because I don't want to put too many miles on it. I just hit 17K. That's what I thought my DD was for. But, I always find a reason to take the 911.

I figured I would check in on you and see what you were up to. I had a feeling that you were acquiring something new. I was right!

The 997.2's aren't much on the ears stock. But, I bet that Fab-X exhaust will sound 100 times better!

If you're ever in Las Vegas, shoot me a line!

My GT3 review is here:

E90 M3 was awesome. Loved the DCT. Loved the 4 door practicality and aesthetics. Lack of tq didn't bother me. Frankly, I'm slightly regretting selling it.

I'll be happy to meet next time I'm in Vegas.

I've learned that mileage on a 911 largely doesn't impact selling price. For example, there was about a $5K difference between a 40K miles 997.1 TT and a 18k miles TT. That's 22c per mile. Surely you get that in benefit from your 911 over your DD.

Well, that was short lived. Sold my turbo.

No great explanation.

I never got a chance to put my exhaust on. It's FS in the parts section.
