New Member with a question

Hello Guys

One more new member here from Kuwait

. 2012 Red Turbo delivered in Dec. 2011. Really like the car and have enjoyed the forum. My question is regarding the rear taillights. Mine are similar to those on 2011/10. I have seen different taillight designs on other 2012 TT. My dealer said that both designs are available for 2012 models. I'm a little skeptical about that

did you mean the clear led tail lights ? or complatly diffrent lights ?

Welcome! Your car has the standard tail lights. Porsche makes an optional tail light. This picture of it came from the Kuwait Porsche configurator.

Hello Yousef and thanks for the welcoming note. Yes I meant the rear clear LED lights. Are these optional or standard on 2012 ?

Yes those are the ones I meant. Any idea how much are they ?

From Suncoast. I assume they would ship to you. Send them an email as they are a very good source for parts.

Since they are a factory Porsche item, you can compare this to what your dealer would charge.

Beautiful car! Love the Guards red. It is definitely an option. My turbo has the same tail lights as yours but my GT3RS has the clear tail lights which came as $610.00 option. Personally I am fine with the standard ones actually. Enjoy your amazing car!
